when we serve others with loving kindness we are truly serving ourselves

Every time we do something for someone else, regardless of the situation, we are acting in the name of service.  The true practice of serving others starts when we can practice kindness in any situation positive or negative. It requires of us to be fully aware of the moments when we are engaging in the world, to the best of our ability.
Service is grounded in unity and compassion. Peer into your life and look closer at how you use your passions, your actions and your heart to serve this global community.

• do things for others with a happy and humble heart because we are serving one another in a way that is steeped in interconnection.
• serve others with kindness...with the knowing that we are all connected and all want to achieve happiness.
• use your individual passion + knowledge to build a service that benefits all living things.
• we all have a unique way to give to others, it may be through knowledge, creative know-how, skills, or simple giving of time.

• What are the moments in which you find it hard to serve others?
• How can you integrate more qualities of loving service to others + including yourself?
• Who can benefit from the knowledge that resides within you?
• And how can we serve the planet as a whole? Meaning, how can you be of use to this magnificent time on this earth?

Although we may not always be in the mood to give to others, we can most certainly share the energy of kindness with another human being.
