embrace living

What is more beautiful than living authentically in love and compassion?

embrace the core of love
Some of the most important lessons I have learned and experienced in my life with living authentically have come from simply embracing the core of love. This method comes first from taking a step back from our stories, dramas, problems, frustrations, worries, and most importantly our fears.

This is practiced by seeing others as the essence of love.

Looking, feeling, and believing that each individual we encounter, be it negative or positive is experiencing their own expression of life, and by embracing the core of love, and knowing at their center no matter what dramas, negativity, happiness or unhappiness surround them, they are love at the core. We embrace this love and realize this is the same connected love which threads us all. The more we remember, actualize, and practice this feeling of core love, the more we will begin to realize our authentic self as simply love. It doesn’t need to be any harder than this.
Along with embracing, we must also expand our presence in all parts of our life. This means becoming aware, present, and truly alive in positive times and in the negative times.

One way of expanding presence is to practice a meditation called loving light.

This meditation can be practiced anywhere at anytime by anyone. This works by developing a better relationship with the mind and creating new habits in our emotional reactions.

here's how it works ::
Each time you interact with anyone {even non-living things} imagine ripples of love coming from your heart to theirs without exception, judgement, or fear, imagine this as either a light, or pure emotion flowing to them when you pass by, interact, or even think of them. This is a easy practice and can be done anywhere!

love always,
Andrea
